Returns
Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 15 days in it's original condition and we will gladly refund your merchandise price. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do pay for return shipping on defective items or items packed in error. Include a note with your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. Let us know you've sent a return. Write clearly so that we can successfully contact you. If you are concerned about your package arriving before the 15 day deadline, give us a call or send an e-mail. We regret that we cannot accept "bill recipient" packages. Shipping
ReSashay ships most US orders via USPS priority mail. Orders requiring larger boxes are shipped via DHL. Shipments are sent out within 2 business days. You should expect to receive your package within 3 to 7 days of placing your order. If you require expedited shipping, please let us know during checkout. We will provide you with a quote and request approval for the additional shipping charges prior to shipping an expedited order.
ReSashay now ships internationally! Place those items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart. During checkout, enter your full name and email address in the checkout form. Select International shipping. Upon entering your name in the checkout form, your shopping cart is saved in the ReSashay database. Send an email to Eva@ReSashay.com requesting a shipping quote. Be sure to include your full name and complete mailing address in the email. ReSashay will send a quote for the actual shipping charges and instructions for completing the purchase should you decide to do so.

Sales Tax
All purchases billed to Maryland addressess are charged Maryland state sales tax.

Sales and Pricing Strategy
When merchandise is initially made available for sale, it is listed as a new arrival. The merchandise listed as "new arrivals" will change weekly, and sometimes even more frequently. ReSashay employs a price reduction strategy for it's product line as follows:
- After 60 days, the price is marked down to 15% off the original price.
- After 90 days, the price is marked down to 25% off the original price.
- After 120 days the price is marked down to 40% off the original price.
- After 6 months, the merchandise is removed from the online inventory.
NOTE: The price reduction will appear on the site when it is made available, within a few days of the scheduled reduction date. The scheduled reduction dates are posted in the detailed information for each item.
Product Quality Categorization
Each item consigned with ReSashay is evaluated to determine it's suitability for sale online. Items which make the initial cut and are placed online for sale fall into one of the 4 quality categories:
- New - New from manufacturer.
- Like New - Shows no signs of use, essentially new without the box.
- Excellent - Shows faint signs of dance use, nearly new

Very Good - Shows some signs of dance use, no rips, no tears, no fading

Good - Shows obvious signs of dance use, possibly including minor repairs, and/or light fading from laundering
Donations to Square Dance Organizations
The proceeds from the purchase of selected merchandise are donated to benefit square dancing. Those items have a SKU number that is 23 characters long and contains the letter P in it. Additionaly, the detailed information for the item will let you know it's a donation. The purchase of such an item allows you to support recycling and the future of square dancing.
