Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays. ReSashay ships most US orders via USPS mail (priority, first class or parcel post). Orders which include petticoats and/or require a larger shipping box are typically shipped USPS parcel post, but may be shipped UPS or FedEx. Orders consisting of consignment merchandise only are usually shipped in 1 business day. If you require expedited shipping or must have your order in hand by a certain date, please let us know during checkout. We will provide you with a quote and request approval for any additional shipping charges that might be required to meet your time frame.
If your order contains new merchandise, please note the following extended shipping time frames:
ReSashay ships internationally! Place the item(s) you wish to purchase in the shopping cart and complete the purchase and payment process. Select International Shipping. No shipping charges are calculated during order checkout because shipping charges vary greatly. ReSashay will send an email with the shipping costs and options for your order. Watch your in-box for the email and check your spam folder. Email us if you don't receive the shipping quote within 12 hours. We require your approval for the shipping charges and confirmation of the mailing address before we ship international orders. We charge actual shipping costs plus a $3.00 handling fee. You can cancel the order if the shipping charges are more than you expected. Any and all import taxes, duties and fees assessed when your package arrives in country are the responsibility of the customer. Check with your local authorities regarding your country's import regulations.
ReturnsShould any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 15 days in it's original condition and we will gladly refund your merchandise price (shipping charges and rush fees are not refundable). Shoe boxes and other such packaging must be in original condition (do not use shoe boxes as shipping boxes for mailing your return). Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do pay for return shipping on defective items or items packed in error. Include a note with your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. Let us know you've sent a return. Write clearly so that we can successfully contact you. If you are concerned about your package arriving before the 15 day deadline, give us a call or send an e-mail. We regret that we cannot accept "bill recipient" packages. Return the note with the merchandise any way that is convenient to:
PaymentReSashay accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover through their secure shopping cart or via PayPal. If you pay by Visa, Mastercard or Discover, your credit card is simply pre-authorized during the checkout process. The actual charge against your card is not made until your order ships. If you pay via paypal, the payment is not claimed until the order ships.
