This is a very flattering solid, peasant style blouse. Two layers of lace around a flattering round collar and one tier of lace on edge of sleeves.There is elastic at the neck and sleeves. The blouse is a washable 65/35 polycotton blend. Made in the USA. We stock this blouse in white.
