Sam's Manufacturing childrens softie petticoat with lace. This petticoat of soft luxurious nylon chiffon has 2 layers and 35 yards of fullness with matching lace on the bottom tiers. Adjustable top (waist and length) waistband. New from the Manufacturer.

    When ordering this petticoat, order the longest length required. You can then shorten the petticoat by 1 inch if needed.

Measurements are from the top of the band to the bottom of the trim. Adjustable waist and length.
Measure your waist to determine the correct size. If your waist measurement falls in between 2 sizes, purchase the larger of the 2 sizes.
