Sam's Manufacturing most popular softie petticoat. This double-skirted petticoat of soft luxurious nylon chiffon has 35 yards of fullness and 3" of matching chiffon fluff on the bottom tiers. Adjustable top (waist and length), waistband. Order with matching or contrasting fluff! New from the Manufacturer.

    When ordering this petticoat, order the longest length required. You can then shorten the petticoat by 1 or 2 inches when you want to wear a shorter skirt from your wardrobe.
