This double-layered children's petticoat of nylon "chiffon" features a two-inch ruffling (rusching) on the bottom tiers. It is very soft, fluffy and luxurious! Children absolutely love this petticoat. It's a "swirly skirt" that they can swish, swirl and dance in. She will feel like a princess when wearing her petticoat! It is also the perfect choice for the young beauty pageant contestant or flower girl.
