Sam's Manufacturing most popular softie petticoat. This double-skirted petticoat
of soft luxurious nylon chiffon has 35 yards of fullness and 3" of contrasting
chiffon fluff on the bottom tiers. Newer consignments have an adjustable top
(waist and length) waistband while older consignments do not.
